End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Lil'Goodies regarding your use of our games (the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using our Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you don't agree, please don't install or use our Software.

Not satisfied? You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective refund policies.

Definitions

• "EULA" refers to this End User License Agreement
• "Lil'Goodies" refers to our company and its employees
• "Software" refers to our games and applications, including Leksi and any other products we create
• "Licensee" refers to you, the person using our Software

License Grant

Lil'Goodies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Software for personal use, subject to the following conditions:

You May:

1. Use the Software for your personal entertainment and benefit

You May Not:

1. Copy, redistribute, or share the Software with third parties
2. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
3. Create derivative works based on the Software
4. Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
5. Use the Software for commercial purposes without explicit permission
6. Sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your license to another person
7. Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
8. Attempt to circumvent any security measures or payment systems

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Lil'Goodies retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

In-App Purchases

Premium features and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and policies of these platforms.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Lil'Goodies may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must:

1. Immediately cease all use of the Software
2. Delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession

Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination (including Ownership, Disclaimer of Warranty, and Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect after termination.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Lil'Goodies does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lil'Goodies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to this EULA or your use of the Software.

In no event shall Lil'Goodies' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the past 12 months.

Updates and Modifications

Lil'Goodies may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the Software and are covered by this EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
